Panviva Announces Appointment of Jack Colopy as Chief Operating Officer

Panviva today announced that Jack Colopy has been named as the corporation’s Chief Operating Officer.

In this capacity, Mr Colopy will manage the development, deployment and support organisations for Panviva’s Business Process Guidance solutions.

Most recently, Mr Colopy was the CIO at ACCENT, responsible for the company’s IT organisation supporting ACCENT’s suite of customer lifecycle management solutions, including their call centers, as well as their enterprise applications and systems for all corporate processes.

Prior to that, he was the CIO at Harte-Hanks Shoppers, a $440 million division of the publicly-traded Harte-Hanks.

While there, Mr Colopy was responsible for information services and technologies, and managed the applications, web services, micro-systems, support, computer operations, telecommunications and help desk departments serving five manufacturing plants and 45 sales offices.

“Jack’s leadership experience with enterprise software development and large scale deployments of call centers and business process automation will bring a lot to Panviva’s clients.  I am very pleased to have him join the executive team,” said David Frenkel, Panviva CEO.

Mr Colopy’s appointment is effective as of today.  He will be co-located in the company’s offices in Melbourne, Australia and Wakefield, MA.
