Zeacom to hold its second annual Australian Unified Communications User conference.

Zeacom has confirmed Michael Meredith, CEO of the Australian Teleservices Association as a keynote speaker for its second annual Australian Unified Communications User conference, Zeacommunity. Taking place in Sydney on 19 and 20 May at the Grace Hotel, Zeacommunity will bring together customers, resellers and product developers of Zeacom Communications Center.

Mr Meredith's keynote will cover industry trends from Australia and New Zealand, providing insights into how contact centre providers are responding to market challenges and the best practices being adopted.

Case studies include examples from Bridgestone, Standards Australia and Healthworld.
