NetSuite Inc. Developed using NetSuite’s SuiteCloud platform, the new billing solution from Aria Systems is designed to address the needs of companies that are currently offering subscription-based products or looking to expand their current business with new subscription-based revenue streams. As NetSuite’s preferred solution for high-volume usage-based billing, Aria’s Billing Platform has been tightly coupled with the NetSuite business management software suite using NetSuite’s SuiteCloud platform. The combined solution provides easy-to-use subscription management capabilities for administrators as well as a seamless and intuitive experience for NetSuite users. The first phase of the integration, available now, automatically synchronizes customer information between NetSuite’s native billing engine and the Aria Billing Platform. The Aria Billing Platform manages billing processes centered around usage-based billing and updates NetSuite with payment information as payments are received, including detailed invoice information. The integration optimizes workflow around usage billing scenarios, reduces costs for joint customers and minimizes the risk of errors associated with manual processes. Additional phases of integration have already been defined based on early customer feedback and are currently under development.
