Novosoft announced that it has partnered with one of the leading Russian software distributors, CPS. The partnership will increase the availability of Novosoft's flagship product Handy Backup in Russia and CIS countries.

Alliance, Ohio, February 16, 2010 – Novosoft, one of the leading developers of backup software worldwide, has entered into an agreement with CPS (Center of Professional Software), one of the largest software distributors in Russia and CIS countries. This partnership will make Novosoft's product line Handy Backup™ available for purchase through CPS's partner network.

Under the terms of the agreement, CPS will promote and sell four titles of Novosoft's line of backup solutions, Handy Backup Standard, Handy Backup Professional, Handy Backup Full and Handy Backup Server, through their partner network in Russia and CIS countries.
